This is a great podcast from Wayne Delk concerning his personal effects and response to PTSD. PTSD is affecting the daily lives of many, some of which are unaware they have been effected post trauma. In this podcast, Rev Wayne Delk addresses how to help ourselves, and family if affected. Not only educational, but a powerful testament to how God can use trauma to heal and help others. Thank you Rev Delk for sharing and Bruce for hosting this podcast. Definetly worth listening to again!
